Pre-qualified lists for building repair consultants and contractors open for applications
The Development Bureau is setting up three pre-qualified lists for its new building repair support service, covering inspection consultants, supervising consultants and works contractors, with applications open until 27 October. Only firms on the lists will be able to bid for repair works tendered for owners through the service, giving owners a vetted pool of contractors.
